Summary

Join Kard's team as a highly motivated and experienced Growth Marketing Manager to drive brand awareness, top-of-funnel leads, and revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in growth marketing, startup experience, and be skilled in developing and executing data-driven strategies that drive revenue growth.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role, preferably within a startup environment
  • Proven track record of developing and executing successful, data-driven marketing campaigns that drive growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and translate insights into actionable strategies
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and project management skills
  • Proficiency with marketing automation tools (we use Pardot) and CRM systems (we use Salesforce)
  • In-depth knowledge of adtech and performance marketing, with hands-on experience in managing paid campaigns (e.g., Google Ads, LinkedIn Ads)
  • Experience with account-based marketing strategies and execution
  • Creative thinker with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and solve complex problems
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment

Responsibilities

  • Develop, execute, and optimize multi-channel lead generation campaigns to drive qualified leads and increase brand visibility
  • Oversee the creation, curation, and distribution of high-quality content across all marketing channels
  • Plan, organize, and execute industry events, webinars, and trade shows
  • Utilize analytics tools to track, measure, and report on the performance of marketing campaigns
  • Develop and implement ABM strategies to target high-value accounts
  • Work closely with the sales team to ensure leads are properly qualified and nurtured through the sales funnel
  • Develop and implement comprehensive growth marketing strategies
  • Act as a custodian of Kard’s core values and nurture a workplace where innovation thrives on diversity of thought and experience
