Requirements

  • 3+ years in product/digital marketing, preferably in enterprise tech, SaaS, or open-source environments
  • Proven experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns and GTM strategies
  • Proficiency with HubSpot
  • Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing content
  • Proficiency in marketing automation, campaign management, and performance tracking
  • Excellent written English with the ability to create, edit, and guide content effectively
  • Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to take ownership of projects
  • Extremely data-driven
  • Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working across multiple teams and stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Own and execute email and drip campaigns, segment audiences, create engaging content, and track performance to optimize conversion rates
  • Develop high-impact assets such as whitepapers, one-pagers, sales decks, investor presentations, and press releases to support business growth
  • Enhance website content, create compelling landing pages, optimize CTAs, automate sequences and ensure digital assets support lead generation and brand awareness
  • Utilize HubSpot to build a funnel, automate campaigns, track user behavior, and improve engagement
  • Translate technical concepts into engaging marketing content, ensuring messaging resonates with developers, enterprise buyers, and stakeholders
  • Conduct A/B testing, SEO improvements, and campaign analysis to refine strategies and maximize impact
  • Work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals

Preferred Qualifications

  • Canva, Figma, or similar design tools experience is highly advantageous
  • Strong SEO knowledge, A/B testing expertise, and digital content optimization
  • Technically savvy, with a strong grasp of distributed computing and open-source ecosystems
  • Creative and adaptable, able to execute both strategy and hands-on content creation
