Summary
Join our client, an innovative open-source distributed computing platform, as their new Growth Marketing Manager. You will drive digital marketing, lead generation, go-to-market (GTM) strategies, and content execution. This role demands a hands-on marketer comfortable in both enterprise and startup settings, capable of translating technical concepts into engaging narratives. Success hinges on data-driven execution and a passion for boosting awareness and engagement. The position is fully remote with a 9 AM - 5 PM EST schedule. You will be responsible for digital campaign execution, GTM content development, website optimization, marketing automation, compelling storytelling, performance analysis, and cross-functional collaboration.
Requirements
- 3+ years in product/digital marketing, preferably in enterprise tech, SaaS, or open-source environments
- Proven experience managing end-to-end digital campaigns and GTM strategies
- Proficiency with HubSpot
- Strong ability to translate technical concepts into compelling marketing content
- Proficiency in marketing automation, campaign management, and performance tracking
- Excellent written English with the ability to create, edit, and guide content effectively
- Proactive, self-driven, and results-oriented, with a strong ability to take ownership of projects
- Technically savvy, with a strong grasp of distributed computing and open-source ecosystems
- Extremely data-driven
- Creative and adaptable, able to execute both strategy and hands-on content creation
- Excellent collaboration skills, capable of working across multiple teams and stakeholders
- Scalable Lead Generation : Digital campaigns successfully drive new leads, nurture prospects, and boost conversions
- High-Impact Marketing Collateral : GTM assets support sales, investor relations, and customer engagement effectively
- Optimized Digital Presence : Landing pages, website, and social media content contribute to higher conversion rates and audience growth
- Data-Driven Campaign Improvements : Campaigns are continuously refined based on performance insights, user engagement, and analytics
Responsibilities
- Own and execute email and drip campaigns, segment audiences, create engaging content, and track performance to optimize conversion rates
- Develop high-impact assets such as whitepapers, one-pagers, sales decks, investor presentations, and press releases to support business growth
- Enhance website content, create compelling landing pages, optimize CTAs, automate sequences and ensure digital assets support lead generation and brand awareness
- Utilize HubSpot to build a funnel, automate campaigns, track user behavior, and improve engagement
- Translate technical concepts into engaging marketing content, ensuring messaging resonates with developers, enterprise buyers, and stakeholders
- Conduct A/B testing, SEO improvements, and campaign analysis to refine strategies and maximize impact
- Work closely with leadership, sales, and product teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals
Preferred Qualifications
- Canva, Figma, or similar design tools experience is highly advantageous
- Strong SEO knowledge, A/B testing expertise, and digital content optimization
