Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 4+ years of experience in growth marketing, demand generation, or a similar role within a high-growth SaaS environment
  • Proven success in developing and executing marketing strategies that drive measurable growth
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
  • Excellent project management skills with the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously
  • Exceptional communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams
  • Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive demand generation strategies to drive new customer acquisition and upsell opportunities. Utilize various channels including digital marketing, email campaigns, social media, and events
  • Lead the planning, execution, and optimization of marketing campaigns. Collaborate with creative, copy, events, and marketing operations teams to ensure high-quality and timely delivery of campaigns
  • Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape. Use insights to inform marketing strategies and improve campaign effectiveness
  • Monitor and analyze the performance of marketing campaigns using key metrics. Provide actionable insights and recommendations to optimize marketing efforts and achieve growth targets
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including sales, product, and customer success to align marketing strategies with business goals. Serve as the primary marketing liaison to internal stakeholders
  • Oversee the creation of compelling marketing content that resonates with target audiences. Ensure consistency in messaging and branding across all marketing materials
  • Manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring optimal allocation of resources to achieve the highest return on investment
  • Facilitate the company's presence at industry events, conferences, and trade shows. Coordinate logistics, including booth setup, promotional materials, and staffing, to ensure a successful and impactful event presence
