Requirements
- 3+ years of experience in growth, digital, or performance marketing for B2B SaaS
- Demonstrated success in developing and measuring impactful marketing campaigns across various channels (email, events, paid social) that attract, engage, and convert prospects
- Strong understanding of email marketing principles, best practices, and industry trends
- Proficiency with marketing automation platforms and a passion for leveraging technology to drive results
- Exceptional analytical skills with a talent for data-driven decision-making
- Proven track record of efficiently managing multiple projects and expectations - both independently and on cross-functional initiatives
- Clear motivations for wanting to join an Series A startup focused on generative AI, LLMs and ML
Responsibilities
- Orchestrate multi-channel demand generation campaigns spanning email, newsletter, digital advertising, and virtual events, to drive lead generation
- Utilize marketing automation and CRM tools to manage and track campaign performance using key metrics such as open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates
- Utilize Google Analytics and Google Tag Manager to understand and improve conversion rates, SEO, and SEM
- Organize and refine email marketing lists based on attributes such as user behavior, demographics, and other pertinent data to deliver targeted and personalized content
- Build out the foundation to track campaign attribution and present regular insights to guide ongoing campaign optimization
Preferred Qualifications
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and/or Apollo for executing outbound marketing campaigns and familiarity with PM tools such as Trello
- Entrepreneurial spirit and enthusiasm to work on a small team with ambitious goals
- Growth mindset and willingness to continuously learn through feedback
