Growth Ops Intern

Summary

Join Qonto's Growth Operations team as an intern and assist in driving key initiatives through best-in-class marketing automation, MarTech tools, revenue products, and generative AI. Report directly to a seasoned Growth Operations professional with 8 years of experience in the field.

Requirements

• Pursuing a Master's degree in Engineering or Business School with a focus on tech and data
• Proficiency in SQL (intermediate level required)
• Demonstrate a structured approach to tackling complex challenges
• Fluent in English, with excellent teamwork and collaboration skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with evolving priorities
• Keen interest in growth marketing, data analysis, GenAI, and FinTech innovation

Responsibilities

• Run analytics for Growth teams to enhance user acquisition and feature adoption strategies
• Build reverse ETL pipelines using Segment to feed data to acquisition and CRM teams
• Regularly audit and improve marketing database and integrations
• Drive or contribute to cross-team projects, working closely with customer teams (CRM, Acquisition)
• Help centralize marketing data, leveraging Segment, to integrate client and marketing data

Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of JavaScript and Python is a plus
