Summary

Join our HR team as an energetic and talented Recruiter to own the entire recruiting lifecycle for technical and G&A recruiting.

Requirements

  • Experience in managing recruitment process end to end
  • Eagerness to perfect recruiting processes and programs
  • Ability to prioritize in a very dynamic environment
  • Ability to work independently and have outstanding communication skills
  • Experience sourcing for a variety of roles, including administrative, technical, and executive
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Willing to build strong relationships with hiring managers and team members
  • Experience maintaining employee referral program
  • Comfortable with reporting and analytics
  • Experience with an ATS (Jobvite, Lever, Greenhouse) is a must
  • Strong proficiency with LinkedIn
  • 5+ years of experience recruiting, high tech preferred
  • Startup and cyber security experience preferred

Responsibilities

  • Own the entire recruiting lifecycle for all technical and G&A recruiting
  • Post new reqs, source and screen candidates, close candidates, send offers, and everything in between
