Summary

Join Fleetio, a leading transportation technology company, as a Strategy & Operations Associate on the Go-to-Market (GTM) Strategy team. This role involves supporting high-priority initiatives, conducting analysis to inform decision-making, and collaborating with various teams. You will contribute to strategic planning, ARR modeling, and preparing materials for executive-level meetings. The ideal candidate possesses 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business operations, or high-growth SaaS. This position offers meaningful ownership, direct mentorship, and exposure to executive-level strategy.

Requirements

  • 4+ years of experience in strategy consulting, investment banking, business operations, or high-growth SaaS
  • Strong analytical skills with fluency in Excel/Google Sheets
  • Strong business acumen with a foundational understanding of how businesses operate
  • Clear communicator with the ability to translate analysis into actionable recommendations for both technical and non-technical audiences
  • Organized, self-motivated, and detail-oriented - you can juggle multiple priorities and move work forward with minimal oversight
  • Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and energized by figuring things out and learning new things

Responsibilities

  • Support execution of cross-functional GTM initiatives, ensuring follow-through on decisions and outcomes
  • Conduct analysis and build models to support company-wide initiatives (e.g., pricing strategy, segment planning, funnel performance)
  • Collaborate with the Head of GTM Strategy on strategic planning, ARR modeling, and quarterly/annual planning cycles
  • Prepare materials for executive-level meetings including monthly GTM reviews, board discussions, and internal strategy updates
  • Track and synthesize performance trends and key GTM metrics in collaboration with analytics and operations teams
