Summary

  • Basic familiarity with tools like Salesforce, Notion, or Excel (e.g., using pivot tables or formulas)

Responsibilities

  • Maintain Data Integrity: Regularly clean, deduplicate, and enrich CRM and GTM system data using tools like Salesforce, ZoomInfo, and various supporting tools
  • Build and Maintain Reports: Create and update dashboards to track lead conversion, pipeline health, and other key metrics in Salesforce
  • Document Processes: Assist in drafting and maintaining documentation for data governance, tool configurations, and operational workflows
  • Participate in Cross-Functional Projects: Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Experience teams to address data-related challenges and implement process improvements
  • Identify Opportunities to Automate Repetitive Tasks: As data trends are discovered, identify areas for improvement or standardization so that future discrepancies are mitigated
  • Support System Users: Troubleshoot system access issues, manage user permissions, and provide training materials or guides for team members
  • Privacy Compliance: Apply a strong understanding of GDPR to data governance processes

Preferred Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or a related field
  • Experience with extracurricular activities or internships involving data, analytics, or technology is a plus
  • Experience with SQL is also a plus
