Requirements

  • Minimum 10+ years of experience in advertising, digital marketing, or performance marketing
  • Experience in buying diverse media formats such as podcasts, TV, newsletters, paid social, paid search and working with influencers
  • Proven track record of driving measurable revenue and pipeline growth through integrated, multi-channel advertising campaigns
  • Strong leadership skills with experience managing cross-functional teams
  • Excellent strategic, analytical, and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with global responsibilities

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive advertising and performance marketing strategy aligned with overall business objectives and tailored for diverse global regions
  • Lead a diverse team of global advertising professionals, including digital marketers, sponsorship media buyers and webinar marketers
  • Build a Center of Excellence (CoE) to ensure consistency in strategy and execution across regions
  • Utilize advanced analytics tools and performance metrics to refine targeting, messaging, and budget allocation for optimal campaign outcomes
  • Manage and allocate advertising budgets efficiently, ensuring maximum impact and ROI across channels
  • Stay current with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices to continually evolve the advertising strategy
