Requirements

  • Bachelors degree
  • Extensive experience in growth/performance marketing
  • Previous experience building affiliate programs from the ground up
  • Previous experience scaling channels like TikTok, Reddit, etc
  • SQL knowledge highly preferred

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company goals
  • Identify target publishers and define target payouts
  • Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, agencies, and networks to expand the affiliate program effectively
  • Collaborate with affiliate partners on content creation and promotional activities to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company messaging
  • Regularly analyze and report on affiliate marketing performance using data and analytics tools
  • Partner with analytics to build advanced tracking based on predictive-LTV models, evolve our revenue share models, and measure incrementally
  • Identify, size, and test new channels across multiple markets
  • Recruit and grow a team of specialists
