Summary

The Head of Affiliate Marketing & New Channels at Xero is responsible for planning, implementing, and optimizing the affiliate marketing program to maximize revenue and brand exposure. This role involves leading the development of new channels like TikTok, Reddit, Programmatic Display, and more, managing a team of specialists, and developing a comprehensive affiliate marketing strategy aligned with company goals.

Requirements

• Bachelors degree
• Extensive experience in growth/performance marketing
• Previous experience building affiliate programs from the ground up
• Previous experience scaling channels like TikTok, Reddit, etc
• SQL knowledge highly preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan, implement, and optimize the affiliate marketing program to maximize revenue and brand exposure
• Work closely with other channel teams, business development, and affiliate partners to develop strategies, identify opportunities, and manage end-to-end affiliate marketing efforts
• Lead the development of new channels like TikTok, Reddit, Programmatic Display, and more
• Recruit, onboard, and maintain strong relationships with affiliate partners, agencies, and networks to expand the affiliate program effectively
• Collaborate with affiliate partners on content creation and promotional activities to ensure brand consistency and alignment with company messaging
• Regularly analyze and report on affiliate marketing performance using data and analytics tools
• Partner with analytics to build advanced tracking based on predictive-LTV models, evolve our revenue share models, and measure incrementally
