Requirements

• Great alignment with our principles and values: we take this very seriously
• Education in Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent experience
• +8 years of experience in business strategy, growth marketing, entrepreneurship, consulting or operations areas
• Leadership capacity and strategic mindset
• Solid analytical experience applied to solving business problems
• Detail-oriented profile, proactive, with a "hands-on" attitude and oriented towards constant delivery
• Ability to learn quickly and adapt to change
• Collaborative spirit and practical approach to working with local and global teams

Responsibilities

• Lead and orchestrate the global business strategy focused on our users
• Define and implement the growth strategy for our user base
• Guarantee the end-to-end customer experience, both online and offline
• Deepen data analysis to identify key insights and new growth opportunities
• Align the global strategy with each market to meet business objectives
• Be responsible for the global P&L and performance against key financial KPIs (revenue, profitability, etc.)
• Design business cases and analyze the ROI of strategic initiatives together with local teams
• Define the strategic vision together with the main stakeholders of the organization (Product, Data Science, Legal, among others)
