Summary

Join Eneba, a rapidly growing marketplace for gamers, as the Head of Commerce to lead the global commerce strategy and drive commercial growth. You will be responsible for evolving product assortment, monetization models, and supplier partnerships, significantly impacting top-line revenue and future growth. Lead and mentor a team of 7-10, collaborating with Product and Marketing teams to launch new categories and enter new markets. This role requires proven expertise in B2C gaming or prepaid digital products, leadership experience, and strong skills in category management and monetization. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of scaling GMV and margins in e-commerce or marketplace environments.

Requirements

  • Proven expertise in the B2C gaming, gift cards, or prepaid digital products market
  • Leadership experience managing and scaling teams of 5+ people
  • Hands-on, entrepreneurial operator who drives commercial initiatives from strategy to execution
  • Strong skills in category management, supplier partnerships, pricing strategy, and monetization
  • Demonstrated success scaling GMV and margins in e-commerce or marketplace environments
  • Ability to influence cross-functional teams and overcome organizational resistance
  • Experience launching new categories and driving market expansion

Responsibilities

  • Own and evolve Eneba’s global commerce strategy across digital product categories
  • Manage and optimize category assortment, pricing strategies and take rates to drive monetization
  • Build, lead, and mentor a team of 7-10
  • Expand supplier partnerships and negotiate commercial terms to improve margins and assortment depth
  • Drive new category launches
  • Lead monetization initiatives and new GMV initiatives
  • Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, and Executive teams to deliver commercial success

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in fraud prevention, digital payments, subscriptions, or virtual goods
