You will be responsible for developing and executing a data-driven marketing strategy for the EMEA region, collaborating closely with sales to achieve revenue goals. The ideal candidate possesses at least 10 years of B2B marketing leadership experience, ideally in cybersecurity or SaaS, with a proven track record of building and scaling regional teams. Requirements
- At least 10 years proven experience in B2B marketing leadership roles, ideally in cybersecurity, SaaS, or enterprise technology
- Track record of building and scaling regional marketing teams from 0 to 1 and the special kind of crazy it takes to create something from the very beginning
- Expertise in demand generation, channel marketing, and field marketing in EMEA
- Deep understanding of the EMEA market landscape, including cultural and regulatory differences
- Data-driven mindset with experience in marketing automation (HubSpot, Marketo, Salesforce, etc.) and performance analytics
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth startup environment
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and stakeholder management skills
- Fluent English (additional European languages are a plus)
Responsibilities
- Define the EMEA Marketing Strategy β Develop and execute a data-driven, high-impact marketing strategy tailored to diverse EMEA markets
- Collaborate with Sales β Work side by side with EMEA sales leadership to align marketing programs with revenue and pipeline growth goals
- Own Field & Regional Marketing β Lead localized campaigns, major events, conferences, and ABM initiatives to drive customer engagement
- Drive Demand Generation & Growth β Build a scalable demand gen engine to generate high-quality leads and fuel pipeline acceleration
- Channel & Partner Marketing β Build go-to-market programs with key partners, resellers, and distributors to expand reach and revenue
- Build & Lead the Team β Hire, develop, and lead a high-performing EMEA marketing team, starting with field marketing, channel marketing, and demand generation
- Elevate Brand & Thought Leadership β Establish ExtraHop as a trusted cybersecurity leader in EMEA through PR, content, social media, and executive marketing
- Measure & Optimize β Define KPIs, track performance, and refine campaigns for maximum impact and ROI
