Head of Enterprise Risk Management

Summary

The job is for the Head of Enterprise Risk Management at LTSE, a mission-driven company that offers software and services for long-term value creation. The role requires leading the enterprise risk management function, developing comprehensive risk management policies, and collaborating with internal stakeholders to integrate risk management principles into business processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in finance, economics, risk management, or a related field; advanced degree (e.g., MBA, MS) preferred
• 12-15 years of experience in risk management (or 8+ years with Master's degree), preferably in the financial services industry, with a strong understanding of market structure, trading mechanisms, and regulatory requirements

Responsibilities

Develop and implement comprehensive risk management policies and procedures to identify, assess, and mitigate risks across all aspects of the exchange's operations
