Head of Solution Engineering

Requirements

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree
• 6+ years of experience in solution engineering, technical sales, or similar roles within SaaS companies
• Strong technical background with experience in web infrastructure, web analytics, and data management
• Proven CRM and integration experience (Salesforce, Hubspot)
• Familiarity with front-end development technologies (JS/HTML/CSS)
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills, capable of engaging both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Demonstrated ability to develop strong relationships with customers and internal teams
• Able to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and solve complex technical challenges creatively
• Adept at managing a (remote) team and fostering a collaborative environment

Responsibilities

• Manage the Enterprise SE team, focusing on enhancing the efficiency of presales activities and the onboarding process
• Collaborate closely with sales and customer success teams to develop and execute strategies that drive revenue growth
• Monitor and provide close oversight on Enterprise deals to ensure successful execution and risk management
• Maintain and develop relationships with key stakeholders across customer organizations
• Oversee the preparation and completion of RFPs
• Track and monitor KPIs for team members to ensure performance aligns with organizational goals
• Recruit, train, and mentor team members, focusing on continuous improvement of processes and tools
• Navigate complex project challenges to ensure timely and successful delivery of solutions
