Requirements

• 7+ years of field marketing experience, preferably in B2B SaaS or technology startups
• Proven success in scaling pipelines and driving revenue growth in high-growth environments
• Strong expertise in event management, demand generation, and sponsorships
• Experience leading and mentoring marketing teams
• Proficiency in marketing automation, CRM, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Marketo)
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and strategic planning skills
