Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field
  • Extensive experience in marketing with a digital focus, definitely in the online space, preferably in the sharing economy or travel industry: Proven experience in developing and executing successful digital marketing campaigns is essential
  • Strong leadership and management skills: Ability to lead and motivate a team of marketing professionals
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills: Ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels
  • Data-driven and results-oriented: Ability to track and analyze marketing data to measure performance and drive results
  • Passion for the outdoors and the sharing economy: A genuine interest in Camplify's mission and values
  • Global working, multi-language experience: Experience working across a number of global markets, balancing matrix structures and multi-language environments

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy: Create and implement a strategic marketing plan that aligns with Camplify's business objectives and drives growth
  • Lead the marketing team: Manage and mentor a team of marketing professionals, fostering a collaborative and high-performing environment
  • Oversee all marketing channels for ANZ: Manage all marketing channels, including digital, search, social media, content marketing, CRM, PR, and events, to ensure a consistent and effective brand message
  • Lead shared service marketing: Manage the provision of search marketing and CRM at a global level through a shared service hybrid model
  • Manage the marketing budget: Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively and efficiently
  • Track and measure marketing performance: Monitor and analyze marketing KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and identify areas for improvement
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams: Work closely with other departments, including community, customer service, technology, and international markets to ensure alignment and achieve business goals
