Responsibilities
- Develop and execute demand generation campaigns: Generate a high-quality pipeline via multi-channel marketing campaigns (e.g., webinars, social media, email marketing, partnerships, content syndication, events, paid ads, podcasts, thought leadership)
- Make data-driven decisions: Identify, track, and analyze key metrics to inform strategic decisions and optimize campaigns
- Experiment & innovate: Guide the growth strategy with learnings from frequent experimentation and quick iterations
- Build and lead a high-performing team: Recruit, hire, train, and mentor a team of marketing professionals
- Sales & Marketing Alignment: Collaborate closely with the sales team to ensure smooth lead flow and effective lead qualification
- Manage the marketing technology stack: Select, implement, and manage marketing automation platforms, analytics tools, and other relevant technologies
Preferred Qualifications
- Naturally curious and creative mind willing to think outside the box and experiment
- Experience working with marketing budgets of min. $500k per year
- Track record of successfully leading a team of strong professionals
