Requirements
- Master's degree or JD in a relevant field from an accredited institution
- Minimum of 8 years of progressive HR experience, including 6 years in employee relations and generalist roles
Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR plans to meet the needs of a vibrant and diverse community college campus community
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders to align HR strategies with institutional goals
- Provide proactive coaching and mentoring to managers and leaders
- Manage all HR functions including recruitment, compensation, benefits, employee relations, organizational development, and personnel records
- Oversee the administration and optimization of HRIS systems
- Provide consultative guidance on HR matters, employee relations, and organizational development, driving cultural, process, and system changes
- Evaluate and enhance HR processes to improve service delivery and increase employee productivity
- Implement strategies to build a customer service-oriented HR infrastructure that meets diverse constituent needs
Preferred Qualifications
- Professional certification (e.g., SPHR/PHR)
- Experience with Ellucian Colleague
