Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in areas such as Talent Operations/ Talent Marketplaces/ Technical Recruiting/ Business Operations/ Consulting
• Experience working in a hyper-growth startup. Tech experience is a big plus. Tech Services or Talent Marketplace experience is a major plus
• Experience leading a team and designing and implementing talent operations/recruiting or talent marketplace initiatives
• Strong project and people management skills as well as proven leadership skills
• Strong communication skills

Responsibilities

• Continue to build and scale the Talent Operations function
• Lead Factored's Talent team
• Lead team-level and cross-functional initiatives to continuously improve and scale sourcing, vetting, upskilling, and matching processes and systems
• Drive cross-functional collaboration between the Talent, Engineering, and Sales teams
• Implement workflows, processes, and tools that improve our end-to-end Talent Journey
• Collaborate with Marketing to establish a robust strategy for filling the top of the candidate pipeline
• Work cross-functionally to build a data-driven Talent Operations function
• Stay abreast of AI & Data industry issues and trends for ML, Data Engineering, and Analytics talent solutions
