Summary
The Head of Marketing at Alloy Automation will design and execute the marketing strategy to grow website traffic and increase inbound MQLs. They will work closely with sales, product, and engineering teams and have experience in various marketing areas.
Requirements
- Experience as a first marketing hire
- 5+ years experience managing and tactically deploying strategies in SEO, social, paid search, events, product marketing, and demand gen
- Previous work with technical products and technical audiences
- Experience owning lead generation KPIs and pipeline/revenue numbers
- Track record of experimentation - generating new ideas, tracking metrics, quickly shutting down ineffective ones
Responsibilities
- Design and execute Alloyβs marketing strategy
- Grow website traffic and increase inbound MQLs
- Lead while staying scrappy with resourcing
- Generate new ideas for channels and campaigns, aggressively test theories, and scale winners while cutting losers
- Stay up to date on market trends and what would capture user attention to drive Alloyβs brand presence and positioning as a leader in the market
