Join EXUS, a global technology company specializing in debt collection software, as the Head of Marketing. You will play a pivotal role in accelerating EXUSβs growth by transforming the marketing function into a strategic growth engine. Working closely with the sales team, you will drive significant B2B growth. You will own the global marketing strategy, lead a high-performing team, and focus on pipeline generation, product positioning, and customer advocacy. The role involves building a scalable demand generation engine, launching ABM programs, and developing marketing plans with clear KPIs. You will also oversee brand building, content creation, product marketing, and customer advocacy programs.
Requirements
- Proven experience in B2B SaaS marketing (ideally in enterprise sales cycles)
- Deep understanding of demand generation, ABM, and product marketing
- Strong strategic thinking and executional leadership
- Experience leading and scaling marketing teams in high-growth environments
- Excellent collaboration with Sales, Product, and Customer Success
- Familiarity with marketing automation tools
Responsibilities
- Build a scalable demand generation engine to support 50% YoY ARR growth
- Launch account-based marketing (ABM) programs targeting strategic enterprise accounts
- Partner with Sales to define and optimize the full funnel (MQL β Revenue)
- Own the global marketing strategy, aligning with GTM and company objectives
- Develop annual and quarterly marketing plans with clear KPIs
- Lead market segmentation, competitive positioning, and pricing input
- Elevate Exusβs brand and thought leadership in enterprise collections technology
- Oversee the development of high-quality content and campaigns across channels
- Ensure messaging consistency across markets, segments, and teams
- Develop and maintain positioning, battle cards, and sales collateral
- Lead go-to-market strategies for new product capabilities and verticals
- Build a robust customer marketing program: case studies, references, expansion plays
- Support Customer Success to improve Net Revenue Retention (NRR) and Earned Growth Rate (EGR)
- Drive referral and reputation-led growth to increase pipeline efficiency
- Own marketing analytics, reporting, and budget
- Optimise campaign performance using A/B testing and analytics
- Oversee visual and verbal brand consistency across channels
- Improve attribution and ROI tracking using tools like HubSpot
- Line manage inbound/outbound/content marketers and external suppliers
- Guide the team with clear KPIs across pipeline, influence, and efficiency
- Coordinate with sales, product, and customer success teams for full alignment
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in marketing to financial services or utilities
- Exposure to SaaS, subscription, or recurring revenue business models
- Played a key role in growing a company from $10M to $100M+ ARR or similar scale
- Familiarity with HubSpot and modern marketing automation tools
