Join our client as their highly driven and experienced Head of Marketing! You will oversee three key agencies (content, paid/SEO, and web development), ensuring all marketing initiatives align with business goals and drive measurable results. Manage the marketing P&L and serve as the key contact for these agencies, coordinating their efforts for high performance and timely delivery. This role demands a solid understanding of multi-channel marketing, a quantitative mindset, and design acumen. You will lead a team of external agencies, manage the marketing budget, and oversee paid media campaigns. Success hinges on delivering high-quality work on time and within budget, achieving high ROI on paid media, and optimizing the website for conversions and user engagement.
Requirements
- 4+ years in a senior marketing role, ideally overseeing multiple agencies and cross-functional teams
- Proficiency in paid media channels such as Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Excellent organizational skills for overseeing multiple projects and agencies simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of SEO strategies, including on-page and off-page optimization, keyword research, and content strategies
- Analytical mindset for managing P&L and measuring campaign effectiveness
- Ability to manage relationships with external agencies and ensure timely deliverables
- A keen eye for design and user experience, particularly for web and social media
- Fluent in written and verbal English with excellent communication skills for interacting with internal teams and external agencies
Responsibilities
- Oversee the work of content, performance marketing, and web development agencies
- Ensure deliverables are met, and performance metrics are tracked and reported accurately
- Take ownership of the marketing P&L, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize ROI
- Monitor campaign performance and provide insights to senior leadership
- Oversee paid media campaigns with a focus on Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, and YouTube
- Ensure these campaigns align with overall marketing strategy and business objectives
- Oversee social media posting, content calendar, and community engagement
- Develop strategies to grow brand presence across platforms
- Manage website development and design projects to ensure alignment with marketing goals, optimizing for user experience, performance, and conversion
- Work closely with product, sales, and other teams to ensure marketing initiatives are aligned with broader business objectives
- Provide regular updates and collaborate on new marketing strategies
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience working in an agency environment and familiarity with web development and design processes
- Proficiency with marketing tools like Google Analytics, HubSpot, and similar platforms
