Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree or Masterโ€™s degree preferred
  • Overall 12+ years of experience
  • 8+ years of experience in content operations, content compliance, content strategy, project management, or a related field, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale, complex data projects, ideally in multi-modal data or AI
  • Experience in building and managing teams, including hiring, training, and performance management
  • Deep understanding of multi-modal data types (text, image, audio, video) and their applications in AI/ML
  • Strong project management skills with experience in Agile methodologies
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with clients and stakeholders at all levels
  • Proficiency in data tools and platforms (e.g., SQL, Python, cloud services) is a plus

Responsibilities

  • Refine and implement the overall strategy for multi-modal data generation at Turing
  • Lead and develop a high-performing team of trainers, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary tools, training, and support
  • Engage with researchers internally and on the client side to continuously improve capabilities in Multi-modal operations through use of tools, processes and synthetic data
  • Setup operational framework and guidelines for teams to operate with accuracy and efficiency
  • Oversee the end-to-end execution of multi-modal data projects, ensuring timely delivery, budget adherence, and quality standards
  • Develop and manage project timelines, resource allocation, and risk mitigation strategies
  • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, understanding their requirements and ensuring their satisfaction with the deliverables
  • Implement best practices for data quality control, including the development of grading rubrics, guidelines, and standard operating procedures
  • Continuously improve processes to increase efficiency, reduce errors, and ensure scalability
  • Leverage technology and automation where appropriate to optimize workflows
  • Recruit, train, and mentor a diverse team of data trainers and project managers
  • Foster a collaborative and inclusive team culture that encourages innovation and continuous learning
  • Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members
  • Engage with clients to understand their evolving needs and provide expert guidance on multi-modal data solutions
  • Maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment on project goals
  • Stay abreast of the latest trends and advancements in multi-modal data and AI technologies
  • Drive innovation within the team by exploring new data sources, tools, and methodologies
  • Represent Turing at industry events, conferences, and in thought leadership publications
