Head of Partnerships in Worldwide

Summary

This job is for a senior leadership role in CoinTracker's Partnerships team. The candidate will be responsible for strategy, team-building, managing executive relationships, and growing the business. They should have experience in strategic partnerships or related functions, a strong track record of closing high-impact deals, and knowledge of the crypto industry.

Requirements

• 12+ years of experience in strategic partnerships or related functions (e.g., corporate development, business development)
• Proven track record of closing high-impact deals with large, complex partners. Led long-term deals with large companies
• Strong leader, manager and team-builder. Has developed a strong team culture
• Experience running a Partnerships team at a start-up/growth company in the past
• Proven to work cross-functionally with Finance, Legal, Product, Engineering, and more
• Strong knowledge of the crypto industry and interest in crypto

• Work effectively in a remote setting and able to overlap with our core hours of 9 AM to 12 PM PT

Responsibilities

• Lead, manage, hire, and retain a talented Partnerships team
• Own, cultivate, and grow CoinTracker's relationships with external parties
• Develop the business strategy that drives CoinTracker’s growth through partnerships
• Negotiate and sign deals with the world’s premier crypto companies
• Help shape the future of cryptocurrency and taxes by working with government agencies
• Influence our product and direction by using the voice of partners in our product-development process
