Requirements

• Experience in business performance analysis, project management, and stakeholder engagement
• Excellent communication skills to simplify complex data into practical actions
• Good business acumen and understanding of key performance drivers
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a dynamic environment
• Fluency in English, both written and spoken, with experience in reporting and presentations to leadership

Responsibilities

• Analyze demand funnels and performance trends to identify risks and opportunities
• Work with functional teams to define and implement strategies that improve performance
• Conduct performance rituals, such as weekly committees with stakeholders, and prepare performance reports for executive and management teams weekly and monthly
• Manage growth projects, from hypothesis generation to the execution of tests and tactical plans
• Present insights and updates on business performance to senior leadership
