Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement a comprehensive growth plan that will yield consistent and confident user growth
  • Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources while maintaining LTV/CAC thresholds
  • Deploy innovative, and integrated campaigns, optimizing the marketing funnel for growth at every step of the customer journey
  • Own revenue numbers: set strong metrics to maximize revenue starting from discovery all the way through purchase and expansion
  • Leverage data to understand the market, competition, and user behavior; test channels, customer profiles, and messaging to pivot as needed and meet aggressive targets
  • Ensure brand messaging is consistent and powerful across all platforms and resonates with the target audience
  • Regularly report on growth initiatives and performance to the executive team and the broader company, ensuring transparency and alignment in a format that’s accessible, transparent, and actionable
  • Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of ambition, accountability, and continuous learning
