Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; an MBA is a plus
- Minimum of 8+ years of experience in a growth marketing role, preferably in a fast growing startup or fintech environment
- Proven track record of scaling a user base and achieving substantial revenue growth
- Strong analytical skills, experience pioneering dashboards and metrics-based meetings, with the ability to turn complex data into actionable strategies
- Experience managing a team and fostering a collaborative work environment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. You’ll regularly interface with executives, customers, and board members
- Up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing and measurement. Constantly striving to stay at the forefront of what’s next in a time of rapid change

Responsibilities
- Develop and implement a comprehensive growth plan that will yield consistent and confident user growth
- Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring optimal allocation of resources while maintaining LTV/CAC thresholds
- Deploy innovative, and integrated campaigns, optimizing the marketing funnel for growth at every step of the customer journey
- Own revenue numbers: set strong metrics to maximize revenue starting from discovery all the way through purchase and expansion
- Leverage data to understand the market, competition, and user behavior; test channels, customer profiles, and messaging to pivot as needed and meet aggressive targets
- Ensure brand messaging is consistent and powerful across all platforms and resonates with the target audience
- Regularly report on growth initiatives and performance to the executive team and the broader company, ensuring transparency and alignment in a format that’s accessible, transparent, and actionable
- Build, lead, and mentor a high-performing growth marketing team, fostering a culture of ambition, accountability, and continuous learning
