Requirements
- Proven track record at a high-scale B2C SaaS product
- Strong business acumen with a proven track record of translating complex data into impactful business decisions
- Ownership of retention KPIs and lifecycle programs. Experience shaping onboarding, activation, offboarding, and flows that drive long-term engagement
- Experience in leading cross-functional teams, including product, lifecycle, and development. Ability to bridge execution with strategy
- Strong hands-on experience with analyzing funnels, fluency in metrics like activation rate, LTV, churn cohorts, centricity on user experience
- Have a technical background and/or hands-on experience in software development and web technologies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
Responsibilities
- Unify the Product Ecosystem : Eliminate friction within our product suite by reimagining the connections between services, turning potential drop-off points into opportunities for cross-product discovery and adoption
- Master the Full Customer Journey : Define, execute, and continuously evolve our roadmap across the entire customer experience, focused on activation, engagement, and retention
- Architect the Retention Engine : Analyze and improve the customer funnel from the first purchase to the off-boarding to increase customer experience and LTV
- Drive Data-Informed Decisions : Establish a culture where every growth initiative is backed by robust experimentation, with clear success metrics that directly tie to business outcomes
- Orchestrate Cross-Functional Execution : Synchronize efforts across product, engineering, marketing, and customer success to rapidly test, learn, and scale growth initiatives that might take competitors months to implement
- Lead an Elite Retention Team : Build and mentor a world-class team of specialists who combine analytical rigor with creative problem-solving to consistently outperform retention benchmarks
- Design High-Impact Experiments : Create bold tests that challenge conventional wisdom about user behavior and uncover breakthrough opportunities for sustainable growth
