Responsibilities
- Lead and inspire a talented sales and solutions team, fostering a culture of excellence and high performance
- Develop and execute comprehensive sales and solutions strategies aligned with Nearform’s overall business objectives
- Identify, acquire, and nurture strategic client relationships, building long-term partnerships
- Collaborate with technical teams to understand client needs and propose innovative solutions that drive business value
- Drive revenue growth by achieving and exceeding sales targets
- Identify and pursue new market opportunities, expanding Nearform’s footprint in the Americas
- Empower the sales team with the tools, training, and resources needed to succeed
- Effectively manage the sales pipeline, ensuring a consistent flow of opportunities
- Work with partnerships team to identify opportunities to improve GTM motion
