Summary

Responsibilities
- Directly manage the EU Account Executive team, Partner Channel, and BDRs with a primary focus on growing new business logos and ARR across Europe
- Develop and execute the companyβs sales strategy to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Analyze market trends and adjust strategies to maintain competitive advantage
- Lead, mentor, and manage the sales team to meet or exceed sales targets
- Provide training, guidance, and performance reviews for the sales team
- Foster a high-performance, results-driven culture while maintaining the DataGalaxy values
- Set clear sales goals and KPIs for the team in accordance with the company goals defined by the VP of Sales
- Track and analyze sales performance metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
- Work closely with marketing, product, and customer service teams to align strategies and initiatives
- Provide input on product development and marketing campaigns based on customer feedback and sales trends
- Develop sales forecasts, budgets, and plans to align with company goals
- Monitor sales budgets to ensure effective resource allocation
- Report regularly to the VP of Sales on sales performance, forecasts, and market trends
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders to provide insights and recommendations
- Oversee the use of sales tools and CRM systems to optimize the sales process
- Implement and refine sales processes to increase efficiency and close rates
- Development of DataGalaxy's sales strategy throughout Europe by defining commercial objectives for direct and indirect channels
- Involvement in the conversion of strategic customers
- Structure and optimize the Sales team's operational workflow, from lead generation and qualification to invoicing
- Suggest improvements and contribute to the development of dashboards for activity tracking and performance monitoring
- Report to senior management on results (pipeline and contract signatures)
- Direct management of the Sales team, including the Account Executive, Sales Development Representative and Channel Manager
- Building the human resources growth strategy for the Sales organisation, in collaboration with the People team and in line with annual performance targets
- Participation in the remuneration policy with the People team to define the objectives of the various team member
