Summary
Join Red Sky, a forward-thinking startup studio, as Head of Sales to scale an innovative, profitable data analytics company. Requirements
- At least 3 years of leadership experience in startups
- At least 2 years of experience in selling data and/or insights
- At least 3 years of experience in B2B sales
- Strong understanding of technology trends, market dynamics, and business development strategies
- Passion for scaling businesses, innovation, and working in a dynamic startup environment
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of project management methodologies and business processes
- Fluency in written and spoken English
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic plans to drive growth, innovation, and market leadership
- Create sales strategies, market expansion plans, and establish strategic partnerships to increase revenue
- Build and manage the sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and excellence
- Maintain close contact with customers to identify their needs and opportunities for product development
- Participate in the development of products and services that address market demands
- Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies to identify and capitalize on new opportunities
- Manage budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
- Shape an organizational culture based on values, work ethics, and commitment
