Join Delta Capita as the Regional Head of APAC Tech and Service Sales - CLM, leading the regional growth strategy for Client Lifecycle Management, KYC, and Financial Crime services. This senior leadership role demands full ownership of go-to-market execution, client engagement, and revenue growth across the APAC region. You will support the full sales lifecycle, from prospecting and proposal development to ensuring smooth handover into delivery and maintaining client satisfaction. Collaborate with global leadership, delivery teams, and subject matter experts to expand our footprint across Tier 1 and Tier 2 financial institutions. Take ownership of account management, nurturing key relationships and identifying upsell opportunities. This high-growth area offers ambitious expansion plans and the chance to work with top financial institutions.

Requirements

  • 7+ years of experience in sales, business development, or client engagement in financial services or consulting
  • Proven success in selling CLM, KYC, AML, or RegTech solutions across APAC
  • Knowledge of Client Lifecycle Management , KYC, onboarding, or Financial Crime frameworks
  • Experience with Managed Services, RegTech, or transformation delivery models
  • Strong commercial acumen and understanding of enterprise sales processes: RFPs, pricing, stakeholder management
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trust and credibility across stakeholder levels
  • A self-starter mentality with the confidence to operate autonomously and drive initiatives forward
  • Proven ability to take ownership of opportunities , follow through with precision, and deliver results under pressure
  • A natural sense of initiative and resourcefulness , with a track record of identifying opportunities and creating momentum
  • A desire to be part of a high-growth team, with the ambition to scale business and grow within the role

Responsibilities

  • Support and execute the go-to-market strategy for CLM and Financial Crime services across APAC
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline, identifying and qualifying new opportunities
  • Assist in creating and delivering commercial proposals, pricing models, and RFP responses
  • Serve as a key point of contact during onboarding and support delivery oversight , ensuring a smooth transition from sales to implementation
  • Take ownership of account management , nurturing key relationships, identifying upsell opportunities, and driving retention
  • Lead prospecting efforts, from first meetings to pitch presentations, with support from senior leadership
  • Understand client challenges across onboarding, KYC, and regulatory changeโ€”and position Delta Capitaโ€™s solutions to meet these needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment between client needs and service delivery
  • Contribute to account planning, stakeholder mapping, and opportunity tracking
  • Attend industry events and client meetings to build market visibility and generate leads
