Requirements
- Proven experience in senior Business Development or Commercial leadership roles in fintech or SaaS
- Experience leading teams
- Strong track record of generating revenue and driving strategic partnerships
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
- Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
- Fluent in English
Responsibilities
- Design and execute the company’s business development strategy in alignment with overall growth goals
- Lead and scale the Business Development team, fostering a high-performance culture
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances
- Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
- Own the end-to-end business development pipeline—from prospecting to deal closure
- Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams
- Monitor and report on KPIs and business performance metrics to the executive team
- Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
