Requirements

  • Proven experience in senior Business Development or Commercial leadership roles in fintech or SaaS
  • Experience leading teams
  • Strong track record of generating revenue and driving strategic partnerships
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills
  • Strategic thinker with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset
  • Fluent in English

Responsibilities

  • Design and execute the companyโ€™s business development strategy in alignment with overall growth goals
  • Lead and scale the Business Development team, fostering a high-performance culture
  • Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and strategic alliances
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders, clients, and partners
  • Own the end-to-end business development pipelineโ€”from prospecting to deal closure
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, marketing, operations, and finance teams
  • Monitor and report on KPIs and business performance metrics to the executive team
  • Represent the company in industry events, conferences, and partner meetings
