Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute comprehensive sales strategies aligned with the company's overall business objectives
  • Lead, mentor, and motivate the sales team, providing guidance, support, and training to enhance their skills and performance
  • Monitor and assess sales team performance regularly, tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure progress toward targets
  • Cultivate strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and partners to enhance customer satisfaction, loyalty, and retention
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities and partnerships to expand the company's customer base and market presence
  • Continuously assess and improve the sales processes, ensuring efficiency, effectiveness, and alignment with industry best practices
  • Provide accurate sales forecasts and reports to senior management, highlighting sales performance, trends, and challenges
  • Collaborate with the finance department to establish and manage the sales budget effectively, optimizing resource allocation for maximum return on investment
