Requirements

• Fluency in English and Korean (verbal and written)
• 2+ years of experience in sales or business development within the Korean beauty, skincare, or health industry
• Strong knowledge of Korean aesthetics and skincare products
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely in an international environment
• Strong networking skills and a passion for the industry

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in the Korean beauty, skincare, and health industry
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients
• Present and demonstrate product benefits to potential buyers
• Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute sales strategies
• Keep up to date with industry trends and competitor activities
• Support negotiations and close deals to achieve sales targets
• Provide market feedback to inform product development and sales strategies
