Summary

Job Description: A Human Resources Leader is sought by Healthatom, a healthcare technology company, to manage payroll, contracts, benefits, and compensation, and design HR strategies. The role requires a university degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Accounting or related fields with at least 5 years of experience, including 2 years in a leadership position focused on payroll, contract management, and compensation.

Requirements

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in HR roles, with at least 2 years in a leadership position focused on payroll, contract management, and compensation

Responsibilities

  • Supervise and manage the complete payroll process, ensuring accuracy and compliance with labor laws
  • Review and approve salary calculations, including salaries, bonuses, attendance, leave, and deductions
  • Manage the creation, review, and maintenance of employment contracts and contract addendums
  • Ensure that all contracts and addendums comply with legal regulations and internal policies
  • Design, implement, and manage benefit programs for employees
  • Coordinate with external providers to administer health insurance and other benefits
  • Define and manage salary bands and compensation structures, conducting market studies and comparative salary analyses to ensure competitive compensation
  • Develop and manage remuneration policies including salaries, bonuses, and incentives
  • Ensure that variable compensation is paid according to defined definitions and/or internal policies
  • Ensure compliance with all labor laws and applicable regulations
  • Stay updated on changes in labor law and adjust policies and procedures accordingly
  • Provide support and advice to employees and team leaders on payroll, contracts, benefits, and compensation matters
  • Prepare and present periodic reports on payroll, benefits, compensation, and other key HR indicators
