Requirements

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
  • Detail-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail skills
  • Proven knowledge of equity regulations and applicable tax laws impacting equity transactions
  • Demonstrated expertise in using Excel to analyze large data sets
  • Experience with other BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
  • Experience using an equity platform such as Shareworks
  • Experience with handling confidential information with a high level of integrity

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the administration and management of equity compensation programs
  • Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
  • Support employees in understanding their equity compensation

Preferred Qualifications

  • University degree or equivalent in business and/or commerce
  • CEP certified or working towards the certification
