Summary

Requirements
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in a management role in equity administration
- At least 1 year of people management experience
- Proven track record of developing and implementing effective equity strategies
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
- Detail-oriented mindset with strong attention to detail skills
- Proven knowledge of equity regulations and applicable tax laws impacting equity transactions
- Demonstrated expertise in using Excel to analyze large data sets
- Experience with other BI tools such as Looker or Tableau
- Experience using an equity platform such as Shareworks
- Experience with handling confidential information with a high level of integrity
Responsibilities
- Oversee the administration and management of equity compensation programs
- Ensure compliance with regulatory and tax requirements
- Support employees in understanding their equity compensation
Preferred Qualifications
- University degree or equivalent in business and/or commerce
- CEP certified or working towards the certification
