Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • 3+ years of experience as an HR Business Partner or in a similar HR role
  • Strong understanding of HR practices and labor laws
  • Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization
  • Proficient with HRIS and other HR software tools
  • Fluency in English

Responsibilities

  • Handle the end-to-end onboarding and offboarding of full-time employees
  • Ensure the organizationโ€™s compliance with local compliances and regulations
  • Facilitate payroll processing for all full-time employees and submit regular compliance reports for statutory and tax reporting
  • Other duties may be assigned related to HR
