Requirements

  • 2-4 experience as an HRBP or generalist
  • Experience working with HRIS systems
  • Strong business acumen
  • Strong follow-through and problem-solving
  • Ability to work with autonomy

Responsibilities

  • Foster an inclusive and positive work environment
  • Act as a trusted advisor and coach to managers and employees on HR-related matters
  • Address and resolve employee relations issues in a timely and effective manner
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with employees across all levels
  • Own employee sentiment surveys and actions
  • Lead the performance review cycles and ensure a consistent evaluation process
  • Provide guidance to managers on employee development and performance improvement plans
  • Implement strategies to promote continuous feedback and employee growth
  • Partner with leadership to align HR and talent strategies with organizational goals
  • Partner with leadership to align learning and development strategies with the business
  • Partner with Talent Acquisition to ensure we bring in the right skills and talent
  • Support change management initiatives and organizational development efforts
  • Contribute to the development of a healthy and high-performing organization
  • Manage the onboarding and offboarding processes, ensuring a smooth employee transition experience
  • Ensure compliance with employment laws and regulations
  • Serve as the main point of contact for the PEO (3rd party payroll and benefits processor)
