Summary

Join RethinkFirst, a leading behavioral health technology company, as a strategic HR Business Partner. You will collaborate with senior leaders, providing guidance on performance management, coaching, employee growth, and organizational change. This role requires strong relationship-building skills, problem-solving abilities, and experience leading organizational change. You will act as a trusted advisor, addressing employee relations and collaborating on compensation strategies. Leverage HR data to improve workplace efficiency and employee experience. Remote opportunities are available for candidates in select states.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of HR experience, ideally in a tech or a fast-paced, continuously changing environment
  • Proven ability to coach, develop and influence People Leaders at all levels fostering a culture of high performance and leadership excellence
  • Strong relationship-building skills, with the ability to communicate effectively, including audience-centered writing, active listening skills, and adjusting verbal communication style as needed
  • A proactive mindset with strong problem-solving skills, balancing empathy and business goals to identify and resolve workplace challenges before they escalate
  • Experience leading organizational change, business transformation and People Initiatives with measurable impact
  • Ability to navigate ambiguity and dynamic, evolving situations, providing clear guidance and solutions. Ability to operate with a high degree of autonomy and confidentiality, shaping and executing People strategies
  • Extensive experience managing complex stakeholder relationships across multiple geographies, cultures and business functions
  • Demonstrated business acumen and a working knowledge of multiple HR disciplines, performance management systems and employment law
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word), SharePoint, Microsoft Teams, and HRIS

Responsibilities

  • Act as a trusted advisor to leaders and managers, helping them navigate HR challenges and build strong teams
  • Support performance management, coaching, and employee development to keep teams engaged and growing
  • Guide teams through change, ensuring smooth transitions and adaptability
  • Address employee relations matters with fairness and care, promoting a positive workplace culture
  • Collaborate on compensation strategies, ensuring fair and competitive pay
  • Use HR data and insights to spot trends and proactively improve workplace efficiency and employee experience
