Summary

The job is for a position in People and Culture at ConnectOS. Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree in human resources or psychology or marketing
  • With at least 1-2 years of experience on the same field
  • Outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Solid communication skills preferably gained in Customer Service/Support position
  • Proven ability to juggle a high volume of concurrent activities and work to deadlines and manage multiple stakeholders
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Good problem-solving ability

Responsibilities

  • Facilitate onboarding of employees and coordinates with other departments with regards to new hires
  • Responsible on sending out new hire announcement to all employees
  • Communicate the onboarding details to Recruitment, CSM’s and HR
  • Relay any concerns/issues that may occur on the onboarding
  • Resolves human relations problems and promotes employee health and well-being
  • Interview employees and discuss personnel, human relations, and work-related problems that adversely affect morale, health, and productivity, as needed
  • Explains company compensation and benefit programs, and enrolls workers in specified programs, as necessary
  • Offer counseling services to employees
  • Assist on sending out company announcements
  • Do staff checking, as needed
  • Assist and recommend on employee engagement activities
  • Work with the Social Media Marketing and Customer success team on developing engagement activity based on company preference
  • Assist on preparing newsletter and other reports to communicate benefits, information regarding the company
  • Support all the activities of PAC, as to not limited to employee engagement
  • Assist on all engagement activity as directed by ConnectOS clients
  • Develops, schedules, and facilitates skills training to improve employee performance
  • Foster client – employee relationship by understanding both culture and differences
  • Facilitate on records keeping, auditing of all documents of PAC team

Preferred Qualifications

Previous experience in employment relations/engagement, customer service work and marketing is an advantage
