Requirements
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations management or HR
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in German and English
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite, experienced with HRIS and accounting software
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Strong understanding of employee engagement and well-being best practices
- Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and trustworthiness
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
Responsibilities
- Act as the primary point of contact for HR-related matters
- Enforce company processes, rules and policies
- Conduct onboarding, offboarding and other HR meetings
- Support leadership team on defining HR processes
- Coordinate recruiting
- Oversee vacation planning, ensuring compliance with company policies
- Verify and manage employee working hours and vacation using HR tools
- Conduct regular remote events and organize team-building activities like coffee talks
- Manage employee contracts and documentation
- Facilitate birthday, new joiner, and jubilee celebrations
- Support the promotion of company culture through various types of initiatives
- Assist in trip planning, company events and coordinate client gifts and holiday cards
- Foster a positive company culture and employee engagement
