Summary
Join AppFollow, a global leader in app management solutions, as an experienced HR Generalist. This hands-on role will see you leading key initiatives focusing on HR Operations and HR Business Partnering, optimizing HR processes, enhancing employee engagement, and supporting targeted hiring. You will act as a strategic partner to leadership, manage HR systems, ensure compliance, and foster a collaborative culture within our remote-first team. The ideal candidate possesses operational excellence and strategic thinking to drive business growth and team satisfaction. This is a fully remote position requiring comfort working within the Helsinki time zone.
Requirements
- Minimum 3+ years as an HR Generalist, HR Business Partner, or similar role, preferably in startups or fast-growing environments
- Proven expertise in HR operations and systems management, with a hands-on approach
- Strong track record in process optimization and aligning HR strategies with business objectives
- Must work comfortably within the Helsinki time zone
Responsibilities
- Act as a strategic partner to leadership, implementing initiatives to improve employee engagement, retention, and satisfaction
- Influence key metrics such as ARR per Employee by aligning people strategies with business goals
- Manage HR systems, streamlining and unifying processes where appropriate
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and global HR standards
- Drive simplification and efficiency in HR operations in collaboration with stakeholders
- Support targeted recruitment efforts, focusing on engineering, sales, and marketing roles
- Coordinate the hiring timeline and prioritize positions based on business needs
- Foster a culture of collaboration, communication, and trust in a remote-first environment
- Partner with employees and leaders to address concerns and create a positive workplace experience
Benefits
