Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Human Resources or a related discipline
  • 4+ years of professional Human Resources and Recruiting experience
  • 2+ years of India HR statutory compliance experience
  • Flexibility in partnership with the US-based teams as needed during early morning or late evening hours
  • Demonstrated ability to effectively manage multiple stakeholders and competing tasks with attention to detail
  • Proven ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality and discretion
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

  • Lead and oversee HR processes including onboarding, offboarding, and vendor management in the India region, ensuring seamless collaboration with global teams and adherence to compliance requirements
  • Execute India recruiting efforts, including conducting market research, sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, managing the talent pipeline, coordinating interviews, and extending offers to candidates
  • Manage India HR activities - including employee engagement, relations, performance management, HR tooling, and stakeholder management
  • Provide guidance on HR-related compliance with India employment laws and lead the Internal Complaints Committee / POSH Committee
  • Provide expert guidance, coaching, and continuous feedback to team members to optimize performance levels and foster goal achievement
  • Manage administrative and HR operations to ensure smooth functioning across the India offices

Preferred Qualifications

  • Masterโ€™s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, or a related discipline
  • Experience working with a Professional Employer Organization
  • Experience creating and managing HR and Recruiting programs
