As a new member of the People Acquisition Campus team, you will participate in recruiting hundreds of new employees annually for Bosch's Hungarian manufacturing units. You will play a key role in the operational aspects of white-collar workforce flow, from managing requests and conducting interviews to preparing onboarding. Requirements

• You are pursuing higher education studies (BSc or MSc) in active daytime status
• You use Excel daily, effectively using basic functions, and are comfortable with formatting and pivot table creation
• You have the ability and intrinsic desire to think systematically and understand the connections
• You are energetic and empathetic, willing to understand and consider the interests of all parties involved in the process
• You are a team player but can also manage your tasks independently in terms of organization, prioritization, and execution

Responsibilities

• Support and operate the recruitment and selection processes for knowledge workers
• Create and post job positions; participate in developing recruitment strategies to fill positions
• Record and manage incoming applications in internal systems
• Manage open positions and applications in internal systems; track them and prepare reports
• Collaborate with recruitment agencies (name verification, application processing, system recording, candidate status tracking)
• Screen, evaluate, and schedule interviews for candidates
• Participate in recruitment events
