Join Kwanii's Talent Acquisition/HR Team as a Recruitment Intern and contribute to the company's recruiting process. This internship offers a hybrid work setup and the opportunity to learn from experienced professionals. You will be responsible for sourcing candidates, posting job advertisements, reviewing resumes, facilitating the hiring process, and providing candidate feedback. The ideal candidate is currently enrolled in a related degree program, possesses strong communication and organizational skills, and is available for a minimum of 3 months. Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in Psychology, Human Resource Management, or any related degree
  • Strong ability to interact professionally with candidates at all levels
  • Can work for a minimum of 3 months
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office
  • Good communication and organizational skills and attention to detail

Responsibilities

  • Source candidates
  • Post job advertisements to job boards and other social media platforms
  • Review applicant resumes in order to evaluate applicant eligibility
  • Facilitate the entire hiring process (conduct interviews, schedule interview with hiring manager, monitor pre-employment requirements, and conduct new hire orientation)
  • Provide feedback to candidates throughout the hiring process
