Requirements

Responsibilities

  • On-boarding and off-boarding administration of employees (all levels)
  • Process payroll for clients
  • Prepare and administer letters of offer, employment and appointment
  • Comprehend client’s in-house HR policies to support staff queries
  • Handle all matters related to client’s application/ renewal / cancellation of work permit/ employment pass/ dependent pass
  • Handle Clients CPF Submission
  • Administer and submit all government-related reports/claims/payment
  • Maintain (creation/ deletion/ update) of employee record in payroll system/ HRIS
  • Maintain employees P-files
  • Manage leave administration/ claims/expense administration including adjudication of receipts
  • Manage time management, clock in/out devices
  • Administer probation/confirmation, promotion, and redeployment/ transfer of employees
  • Administer employee cessation, final salary and exit interview and clearance
  • Issue letter of certification whenever staff request
  • Prepare ad hoc report required by Clients
  • Assist in HR/payroll related audit (external and internal)
  • Manage Employee’s Hotline telephone/e-mail
