Requirements
- 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment

- Comfortable working independently and as part of a team
- Ability to handle sensitive and confidential information
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- No job is too big or too small and you can adapt to changing priorities quickly
- Proficiency in our techstack: Google suite, slack, notion, greenhouse, rippling and HiBob, or a willingness to learn and optimise
Responsibilities
- Manage the operational employee lifecycle including some support payroll input and benefits admin
- Ensure smooth runnings of our best-in-class pre-onboarding and onboarding programme
- Be the first point of support for employee queries
- Maintain and update the upkeep our source of truth and HRIS, HiBob
- Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives
- Perform other administrative tasks
- Produce and analyse people and talent data
- Support the wider team with operational support
- Collaborate on delivery of a busy cultural programme
