Requirements

  • 5-7 years of experience in corporate-level Huma Resource Manager and/ or related experience
  • People-oriented and result-driven
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills and an ethical mindset
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and conflict-resolution skills
  • Familiarity and experience with Federal and multiple state labor laws
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Experience in collaborating with and/or serving a wide array of individuals from various cultural backgrounds

Responsibilities

  • Oversee various aspects related to human resources management and development
  • Ensure compliance with Company policies
  • Plan and implement effective Company procedures
  • Create the newly established function of Human Resource Management and Development
  • Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
